Roles and Responsibilities

- Evaluate existing business processes, SDLC process, gather requirements, and perform in-depth requirements analysis to identify areas for enhancement.
- Develop comprehensive project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), System Requirements Specifications (SRSs), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRSs), and User Stories.
- Conduct root cause analysis and present alternative solutions to ensure project feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with the development team, taking ownership of projects from inception to successful delivery.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, generate sprint reports, and engage in sprint reviews and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) both internally and with clients.
- Create process models, specifications, use case diagrams, process flow diagrams, Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), and charts to provide clear direction to developers and the project team.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in digital transformation, communicate effectively with team members and management, and ensure that solutions align with business needs and requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides).
- Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping,



and activity diagram tools such as Figma, Miro board, Lucidchart, Axure, Balsamiq, and Microsoft Visio.
- Competency in project management tools like Jira, DevOps, and Confluence.
- Familiarity with different tech stacks used for developing Web Mobile apps
- Familiarity with AWS tools.
- Other Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills, documentation abilities, analytical thinking, and conceptual skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management capabilities.
- Strong communication and email writing skills.
- Willingness to work in UK/US shifts and flexibility with a Hybrid Module (minimum 3 days work from the office).
