Job Summary

Varthana is looking for a Business Analyst who will be assessing business procedures, foreseeing the business needs, identifying opportunities for development, and creating and implementing solutions. The candidate will be conducting meetings and presenting the analysis to share ideas and findings.



The Analyst will also be acting as a contact between the users and stakeholders and will be building a solid relationship with the cross-functional teams and the management.

Key Role Deliverables

LSQ driven requirement analysis

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions

Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies

Staying up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems

Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings

Conducting UAT & Go-Live training with End Users and seeking sign-offs within TAT

Managing production issues on priorities with proper justification

Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements

Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects

Relationship Management

Building a solid relationship with the cross-functional teams and effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

Facilitating communication between consumers and stakeholders
