Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in US Child Support Enforcement (CSE) to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of child support systems. The ideal candidate combines robust domain knowledge of child support case management, interstate regulations, and enforcement mechanisms with the ability to translate program requirements into actionable solutions, working closely with state agencies, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Child Support programs and initiatives.
- Partner with state child support agencies and stakeholders to understand program needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of Child Support Enforcement (CSE) applications.
- Analyze child support case management workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Lead and participate in system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production support.
- Ensure solutions comply with federal and state child support regulations.
- Prepare functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and user stories for development teams.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and project teams to deliver high-quality child support solutions on schedule.

- SQL and data analysis

- UAT testing and defect tracking
- Reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Prior experience working directly with State Government Child Support Agencies.
- Working knowledge of Federal OCSE regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Child Support Case Management Systems.
