About the Role

Lead business analysis for the Trade Virtual Assistant and related AI-enabled transformation initiatives, converting trade-finance needs into clear, governed, and testable requirements. The role connects business, operations, product, technology, AI, risk, and compliance stakeholders to deliver customer and colleague journeys aligned with AI Strategy and digital transformation goals..

Required Experience

- 8–10 years in business analysis, product analysis, or transformation delivery, with substantial banking experience.
- Strong trade-finance domain knowledge across instruments and processes such as letters of credit, guarantees, collections, trade loans, document handling, and customer servicing.
- Experience delivering digital banking or workflow transformation, APIs/integrations, data requirements, testing, adoption, and operating-model change.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI, LLM, prompt, RAG, conversational AI, AI-agent concepts, and Responsible AI sufficient to define and validate requirements.




- Experience operating in regulated financial services with Risk, Compliance, AML, sanctions, Legal, Information Security, and audit stakeholders.
