Location – Gurugram (On-site)

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Data Analyst to act as the bridge between business and IT in our department at Saxo. You will work closely with product owners, business stakeholders and technology teams to translate business needs into clear requirements, support UI testing, and ensure we deliver solutions that create real client and business value.

Responsibilities

- Collect, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear, structured specifications and user stories for IT
- Participate in UI/UX reviews and testing to validate that solutions meet requirements
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops, clarifications and feedback sessions
- Support acceptance criteria definition and UAT planning
- Perform light data analysis to understand business impact and support decisions
- Track and communicate progress, risks and dependencies between business and IT

Your profile

- 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst or similar role
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation
- Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders
- Experience with UI testing / UAT and writing user stories or use cases
- Ability to work with data (e.g. basic SQL/Excel, understanding of KPIs and metrics)
- Structured, proactive and able to communicate complex topics in a simple way
- Experience from financial services or a tech-driven environment is an advantage
