About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong consulting and business understanding to work closely with clients, end users, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into clear and structured documentation, and facilitating discussions with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires someone who is confident in client interactions, comfortable leading meetings, and able to understand business challenges and translate them into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with business stakeholders and end users to understand their business processes, challenges, and requirements.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders.
- Analyze and document business requirements, processes, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flows, use cases, and other project documentation.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable requirements for technical and functional teams.
- Lead and facilitate meetings with clients, end users, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify gaps between current and future business processes and recommend suitable improvements.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, functional consultants, and other teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Validate proposed solutions against business requirements and support UAT, testing,



and issue resolution.
- Track requirements, changes, dependencies, and stakeholder feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal and client-facing discussions.
- Support change management and help end users understand new processes or solutions.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery/technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience
- 510 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
- MBA or equivalent management/business qualification preferred.
- Strong understanding of business analysis and consulting methodologies.
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Strong experience in preparing BRD, FRD, process maps, workflows, use cases, and functional documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable conducting and leading meetings with end users and senior stakeholders.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand complex business processes and convert them into structured requirements.
- Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams.
- Strong presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and stakeholders in a project environment.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Exposure to ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, or other enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or similar business analysis tools.
- Experience in process improvement, gap analysis, and solution evaluation.
