Role overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Python) with 3-4 years of experience who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, hands-on experience with Python, and excellent communication and client-facing skills.

You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and support decision-making for technical projects.

Experience with AI technologies and platforms, especially Voice AI will be highly preferred.

Key responsibilities

- Interact directly with clients to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications
- Work closely with the development team to define and document functional and technical requirements
- Use Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation to support business and operational decision-making
- Create and maintain process documentation, data flow diagrams, and user stories
- Conduct feasibility studies, identify gaps, and propose solutions aligning with client expectations
- Collaborate with QA teams to validate deliverables against business requirements
- Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities
- Deliver presentations and demos to clients and stakeholders as needed

Required Skills Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field




- 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment
- Proficiency in Python for analysis, automation, or integration tasks
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and technical teams
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and client interaction

Good to Have
- Experience with AI technologies and platforms (Voice AI preferred)
- Experience working with APIs, databases (SQL), or data visualization tools
- Exposure to machine learning, data analytics, or process automation
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools
