About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Analyst with 2 years of experience to join our growing team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into IT solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements through meetings, surveys, and workshops with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation such as business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and use cases.
- Identify and evaluate potential solutions to business problems, recommending the most suitable approaches.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Support the development and testing teams to ensure business requirements are being met.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with training users on new systems and processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance business performance.




- Monitor project progress and assist in project management activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project status to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficient in creating business requirement documents, user stories, and process flows.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, and Visio.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Preferred:

- Experience with Agile frameworks and working in Agile teams.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of SQL or experience working with databases is a plus.
