Summary:

The Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making and operational efficiency within the Business Management industry. This position is responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by analyzing complex business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering data-driven solutions. With 3.5 years of qualified experience, the Business Analyst will contribute to high-impact projects, from process reengineering to system implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. This role is essential in transforming business needs into actionable insights and scalable solutions that deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
- Create detailed documentation including process flowcharts, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and leadership, to ensure solution alignment with business objectives.
- Support the implementation of new systems, tools,



and technologies by providing requirements, testing oversight, and change management guidance.
- Develop and maintain KPIs and performance dashboards to monitor business outcomes and report progress to senior management.
- Facilitate requirements validation and acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and process optimization. Proactively identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure project success and business continuity.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus
- 3.5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a business management, operations, or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation (e.g., BPMN, UML, Visio).
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
- Advanced skills in data analysis using Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
