Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Analyst Intern who is analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in business processes, data analysis, product requirements, and AI-driven enterprise solutions. This internship is designed for candidates who want hands-on exposure to business analysis, client requirement gathering, process improvement, and product consulting in a fast-growing startup environment.

The intern will work closely with the founder, product, sales, and technical teams to analyze business needs and support the development of AI automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document business requirements from internal teams and clients.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and workflows.
- Conduct market and competitor research for AI and SaaS products.
- Support product planning, feature prioritization, and requirement clarification.
- Create process flow diagrams, wireframe ideas, and solution documentation.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and business teams to ensure requirement alignment.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and project updates.
- Participate in client discussions,



requirement workshops, and review meetings.
- Track project progress and help maintain project documentation.

Eligibility
- Final-year students or recent graduates from BBA, MBA, B.Com, BCA, MCA, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong interest in Business Analysis, Product Management, Consulting, Operations, or Technology Solutions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and documentation tools.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills
- Requirement gathering and documentation
- Process mapping and workflow analysis
- Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis
- Presentation and communication skills
- Basic understanding of SaaS, CRM systems, AI automation, or enterprise software
- Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Jira, Trello, Figma, or Lucidchart is a plus
