Responsibilities

- Work on business requirement analysis and project management activities to support strategic regional and global projects focusing on Asia-Pacific offices of BFSI.

- Create business requirement documents, support business process reengineering, and provide digitalization support for efficiency enhancement.

- Assist IT and Operations groups through pre-UAT, UAT planning, and user training.

- Streamline and standardize operations across the region, enhancing governance and operational risk management.

- Perform requirement elicitation, analysis, and review while ensuring high-quality documentation that meets senior BFSIs Business Analysis leads standards.

- Participate in system design, development, and validation, including unit and functional testing.

- Work closely with BFSIs Front, Middle, and Back-Office teams across APAC markets to gather and analyze requirements.

- Support core banking project development focusing on treasury and market areas.

Qualifications





- Graduate degree in Banking or Finance from a recognized university or a professional qualification in Project Management certifications, MBA.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on markets and treasury domains.

- Proficiency in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).

- Robust knowledge of Front-, Middle-, and Back-Office domains in the markets area.

- Ability to engage business users in requirements gathering activities such as interviews, workshops, and shadowing.

- Exposure to multiple APAC markets (e.g., Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Australia, India, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, Myanmar).

- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Willingness to travel within the APAC region to interact with stakeholders.

- Graduate degree in Banking or Finance, or professional qualifications in Project Management or an MBA.
