Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and QA teams to understand business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, discussions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with UI/UX, development, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create process flows, workflows, wireframes, and functional documentation where required.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and business objectives.
- Support the Product Owner/Project Manager in backlog grooming and requirement prioritization.
- Review developed features against business requirements and support UAT activities.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and potential impacts of proposed changes.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
- Maintain requirement documentation and ensure changes are properly tracked.
- Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and business insights for decision-making.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.




- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Valuable requirement-gathering and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to convert business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Good understanding of process mapping and workflow documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and documentation tools.

Good to Have

- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Understanding of API concepts and integrations.
- Experience working with dashboards and data
- Experience working on mobile applications and/or web applications.
- Exposure to UAT planning and execution.
- Knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Postman, or similar business/product tools.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate should be someone who can understand the business problem, analyze the requirement, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and translate the requirement into a solution that the development and QA teams can execute confidently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
