Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Officer level Business Analyst to manage GL-related banking IT projects.

Responsibilities include planning, analysis, documentation, testing, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

- Validate and document GL business requirements.

- Support user-side project tasks, documentation, and training.

- Design system workflows and conduct UAT support.

- Coordinate with vendors and internal users on system migration.

Qualifications

Master's degree, preferably in Science or IT.

Requirements

- 3-8 years of experience in GL/accounting processes in banking.

- Knowledge of chart of accounts, GAAP, and regulatory reporting.

- Experience with Oracle ERP and documentation (BRD/FRD).

- Solid communication and international coordination skills.
