Business Analyst / Functional Coordinator

Job Purpose:

We at Marwadi Financial Services are looking for a Business Analyst (Functional Coordinator) under the IT Software Department.

Requirements

● Qualification: B.E./B. Tech (Computer Science, IT, Electronics), MCA / M.Tech (Preferred), Certifications in API Integration, Cloud, or Agile are an added advantage.

● Experience: 5–10 years

Responsibilities:

1. Software Integration

● Coordinate with third-party software providers such as RupeeSeed, CRM providers, OMS, RMS, KYC, Payment Gateway, and other fintech platforms.

● Understand business requirements and convert them into technical integration requirements.

● Ensure smooth API integration between internal and external applications.

● Manage integration timelines and implementation activities.

● Monitor software compatibility, performance, and stability.

2. Vendor Coordination

● Act as the single point of contact for all external software vendors.

● Coordinate meetings, requirement gathering, issue resolution, and deployment schedules.

● Track vendor deliverables and ensure SLA compliance.

● Escalate critical issues to management when required.

Business Requirement Analysis

● Gather requirements from Sales, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Customer Support, and Management.

● Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).

● Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD).

● Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

4. Software Development (Future Requirement)

● Develop internal software modules when required.

● Design and develop APIs for system integration.

● Build automation tools for operational efficiency.

● Customize existing applications based on business needs.

● Participate in software architecture discussions.

● Ensure scalability and security of developed applications.

5. Testing & Deployment

● Prepare test cases.

● Perform integration testing.

● Coordinate UAT with business users.

● Manage production deployment.

● Ensure minimal downtime during releases.

6. Documentation

● Maintain API documentation.

● Prepare integration manuals.

● Maintain process flow diagrams.

● Document system architecture and change logs.

7. Project Management

● Prepare project plans and timelines.

● Coordinate cross-functional teams.

● Track project milestones.

● Submit regular project status reports to management.

● Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines.

8. Support & Maintenance

● Provide Level-2 functional support.





● Coordinate issue resolution with vendors.

● Monitor software performance.

● Recommend system improvements and new technology adoption

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
