Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in the US Child Support Enforcement (CSE) domain. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of child support processes, case management, interstate child support regulations, enforcement mechanisms, and government benefit programs. The candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams to support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of child support systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Child Support programs.
- Work with state child support agencies and stakeholders to understand program needs.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of Child Support Enforcement (CSE) applications.
- Analyze child support case management workflows and identify process improvements.
- Participate in system testing, UAT, defect management, and production support.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state child support regulations.
- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Collaborate with development teams to deliver child support solutions.
