Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Business Analyst to support Salesforce initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, developers, and project teams to gather requirements, document business processes, and assist in delivering Salesforce solutions that improve business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

- Support Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.

- Assist in configuring Salesforce features under the guidance of senior team members.

- Participate in requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and UAT sessions.

- Create process flow diagrams, business requirement documents (BRDs), and functional specifications.

- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.

- Conduct data analysis and support data migration activities when required.





- Assist in testing Salesforce solutions and validating system functionality.

- Provide end-user training and support documentation.

- Monitor and track project deliverables and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, CRM Analyst, or Salesforce Analyst.

- Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Knowledge of business process analysis and requirements gathering techniques.

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred but not mandatory).

- Exposure to Salesforce Lightning Experience.

- Knowledge of Salesforce reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation tools.

- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.

- Understanding of data management and reporting concepts.
