? Hiring | Business Analyst / Project Manager – Regulatory & Reporting Transformation ?

? Locations: Bangalore | Hyderabad | Gurgaon | Chennai

We're hiring experienced Business Analysts / Project Managers for one of the Big 4 firms to work on Regulatory Reporting and Reporting Transformation initiatives within the Banking & Financial Services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business analysis and project delivery for regulatory/reporting transformation programmes.
- Gather and document business requirements, perform data analysis, and support testing and implementation.
- Collaborate with Business, Risk, Finance, Operations, Data, and Technology teams.
- Manage stakeholders, governance, risks, issues, and delivery milestones.

Required Experience:

- Solid Business Analyst and/or Project Management experience in Banking/Financial Services.




- Experience in Regulatory Reporting, Reporting Transformation, Data, Risk, Finance, or Change programmes.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, data analysis, testing, and stakeholder management.
- Exposure to Regulatory Reporting, RWA, Basel, Capital Reporting, or related banking reporting programmes is an added advantage.
