What We’re Looking For

- Strong experience with Trading / Brokerage platforms
- Hands-on understanding of Forex, Crypto & financial markets
- Experience with IB (Introducing Broker) systems
- Experience with CRM & internal CRM workflows
- Understanding of KYC, client onboarding & multi-country workflows
- Strong knowledge of BRD/FRD, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
- Ability to convert business requirements into transparent technical requirements for Frontend & Backend teams
- Strong understanding of workflows, roles & permissions, approval processes & reporting
- Ability to break features into actionable user stories & development tasks
- Good analytical, communication & documentation skills
