Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts across VP, AVP, and SO levels to work on CASA-related IT projects. The role involves planning, requirement validation, process design, training, testing, reporting, and coordination with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Gather and validate business requirements for CASA systems.

- Create BRD and FRD documents, workflows, and diagrams.

- Provide user training, support UAT, and manage documentation.

- Facilitate communication among users, vendors, and project teams.

- Mentor juniors and support project governance (VP/AVP roles).

Requirements

- 3-20 years of experience in CASA operations and banking IT projects.

- Hands-on experience in business analysis, process design, and system documentation.

- Solid communication skills and exposure to global teams.

- Experience with FLEXCUBE, Agile methodologies, and large project implementations.

Qualifications

- Master's degree, preferably in Science or IT.
