As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions.

The Business

Analyst spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or solutions that enhance business performance. Gathering and synthesizing diverse information from various sources is a key part of the daily routine, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning to support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Partner closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and refine requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.

-Facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and delivery expectations.

-Design and document end-to-end business workflows, supporting campaign execution and system integrations.

-Translate business requirements into detailed process flows, functional specifications, and user stories.

-Drive Agile delivery practices through backlog grooming, prioritization, sprint planning support, and requirement refinement.

-Write high-quality user stories with clear, AI-assisted acceptance criteria to enhance clarity, testability, and delivery speed.

-Work closely with development, QA,



and Product teams to ensure requirements are understood and successfully implemented.

-Support continuous process improvement by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.

-Collaborate with stakeholders to validate solutions and ensure business objectives are met.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.

Strong experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis.

-Ability to design and document end-to-end workflows and process maps.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog grooming and user story creation.

-Proficiency in defining clear and testable acceptance criteria.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.

-Hands-on experience with SQL and database tools (PostgreSQL or similar) for data analysis and validation.

-Ability to validate data requirements, support reporting needs, and ensure data accuracy across workflows.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Have Skills

-Understanding of marketing platforms and campaign management ecosystems.

-Exposure to customer engagement tools such as Unica, Adobe Campaign, or Microsoft Dynamics.

-Experience in Functional Testing, Performance Testing, and/or Test Automation.

-Familiarity with campaign workflows, customer engagement processes, and system integrations.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
