Looking for B.Tech Mechanical Fresher to Join our Production team

Requirements

1. B.Tech. (Mechanical Engineering) (Full time) Pass out Batch 2025 / 2026.

2. Have 0-1 years of experience.

3. Strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals and application.

4. Working knowledge of MS Office tools,

5. Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation

Role & responsibilities

- Support day-to-day production operations and ensure smooth functioning of assigned processes.

- Follow and promote safety, setting and workplace protocols within the production area.

- Assist in identifying process inefficiencies, bottlenecks and operational issues and contribute to corrective actions.

- Participate in production improvement, Kaizen and process improvement activities.

- Monitor production performance against daily targets, timelines and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Coordinate with team members and other sub-sections to ensure smooth production flow and achievement of departmental objectives.

- Support problem-solving and troubleshooting of production-related issues.

- Assist in implementing process improvements and best practices and monitor their effectiveness.
