Job Summary

We are hiring Business Analysts at AVP and SO levels for Common Services and Customer Master operations. The role includes data quality assurance, migration support, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Support customer data onboarding and update processes.

- Handle KYC compliance and static data quality management.

- Develop and manage BRDs and FRDs for customer master systems.

- Provide support in UAT, system migrations, and reconciliation tasks.

Requirements

- 3-15 years of experience in banking operations related to customer data.

- Experience with Oracle Parties and static data maintenance.

- Solid documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Exposure to international teams and Agile methodology preferred.

Qualifications

Master s degree, preferably in Science or IT.
