About the Role

Creators Yug is looking for a Brand Solutions Manager with prior experience in Influencer Marketing Sales, Brand Solutions, or Brand Partnerships .

The role involves understanding brand requirements, developing influencer-led solutions, pitching campaigns, managing client relationships, and driving business from lead generation to closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities from brands and agencies.
- Understand client objectives, campaign requirements, target audience, and budgets.
- Develop and pitch influencer marketing and creator-led brand solutions .
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand and agency stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, campaign solutions, and commercials.
- Negotiate commercials and partnership terms with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.




- Drive repeat business, upselling, and long-term brand partnerships.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing Sales, Brand Solutions, Brand Partnerships, or Influencer Marketing Business Development.
- Proven experience in B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, Lead Generation, Pitching, Negotiation, and Deal Closure .
- Strong understanding of Influencer Marketing, Creator Economy, Digital Marketing, and Brand Collaborations .
- Experience working with brands, agencies, or marketing teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial understanding and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to independently manage clients and drive business closures.

Important: Prior experience in Influencer Marketing Sales / Brand Solutions / Brand Partnerships is required. Candidates from unrelated sales backgrounds may not be considered.
