We are looking for a Brand & Social Media Growth Manager who is creative, proactive, and obsessed with growth.

You will own social media, content strategy, campaigns, influencer outreach, and community growth. ────────

**What You’ll Do

1. Social Media Growth**

Manage and grow presence on:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- YouTube Shorts

Plan content around

- Education & awareness
- Product/features
- Doctors & patients
- Local J&K; content
- Campaigns & trends

2. Content Creation

Create ideas for

- Reels & short videos
- Carousels & posts
- Memes & stories
- Healthcare explainers
- Patient/doctor stories

Turn simple ideas into engaging content.

Example

Instead of “digital medical records,” think:

> “Searching WhatsApp for your old prescription at the clinic?”

Define

- Voice & tone
- Content style
- Messaging
- Visual identity

Make Altabeeb a recognizable healthcare brand.

4. Influencer Marketing

Work with

- Doctors & healthcare professionals
- Local creators & influencers
- Community pages

Reach out and collaborate actively.

5. J&K; Focus

Create content for Srinagar, Jammu, and Kashmir audiences.

Understanding of local culture, language (Urdu/Kashmiri), and trends is a plus.

Run campaigns for

- Doctor onboarding
- Product launches
- Healthcare awareness
- Telemedicine & digital records

Think beyond posts—build stories.

Engage with

- Comments & DMs

Build a real community, not just followers.

Track

- Reach & engagement

Must Have

- Strong Instagram & short-form content sense
- Creative thinking & copywriting
- Understanding of trends
- Ability to create engaging Reels
- Knowledge of J&K; audience
- Self-driven & independent
- Willingness to experiment

Valuable to Have

- Video editing (CapCut/Adobe/etc.)
- Canva/Figma
- Influencer marketing experience
- Urdu/Kashmiri knowledge
- Healthcare/startup exposure
