Requirements

- Degree in Marketing, Branding, Advertising, Media, Design, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in brand strategy, media strategy, marketing, or creative communications.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and visual communication.
- Experience with social media strategy and content planning.
- Good understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, typography, colour, and creative direction.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Solid communication, planning, and project management skills.
- Experience working with creative teams is preferred.
- Experience in the education, art, luxury, lifestyle, or creative industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the School of Athens brand identity and positioning.
- Plan brand and media strategies across digital and offline platforms.
- Develop content and campaign strategies.
- Guide designers, photographers,



videographers, and content creators.
- Plan and monitor social media campaigns.
- Coordinate Google and Meta advertising campaigns.
- Analyse marketing and media performance.
- Ensure consistency across all brand communication.
- Research competitors, trends, and audience behaviour.
- Develop campaigns for admissions, courses, events, exhibitions, and institutional branding.
