About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Manager who can independently manage D2C client accounts, understand business goals, build brand strategies, coordinate internal teams, and ensure strong execution.

This is not just a social media role. You will work across brand strategy, performance marketing, content, creative, website/CRO and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple D2C client accounts end-to-end.
- Understand each brand’s positioning, target audience and business goals.
- Build monthly marketing and campaign strategies.
- Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews.
- Convert client requirements into clear briefs for internal teams.
- Coordinate with Performance Marketing, Social Media, Creative, SEO and Web teams.
- Track key metrics such as Revenue, ROAS, CAC, AOV and Conversion Rate.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable improvements.
- Ensure campaigns and deliverables are completed on time.




- Maintain robust client relationships and improve retention.
- Take ownership of account performance instead of only reporting numbers.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Brand Management, Account Management or Client Strategy.
- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing D2C / E-commerce brands.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, social media and e-commerce marketing.
- Basic understanding of Shopify and website conversion funnels.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and internal teams simultaneously.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving and execution mindset.
