As a Brand & Growth Executive, you will play a central role in helping businesses strengthen their brand presence and accelerate commercial growth. This is a multidisciplinary position combining branding, digital marketing, social media management, content creation, client engagement and business development.

Working directly with the founders, you will contribute to projects across multiple industries while helping shape the future of AURIGA. No two days will be the same - one day you may be producing content for a luxury brand, the next developing a marketing campaign, meeting prospective clients, supporting a commercial partnership, or helping launch a new venture.

03 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand & marketing

- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms across multiple brands.
- Support brand strategy and positioning initiatives.
- Plan content calendars and campaign schedules.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend
- improvements.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook and otner aigitar plattorms
- Write compelling marketing copy and brand
- Coordinate photography, videography and creative production.




- Assist in the development of advertising campaigns and promotional materials.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist with sponsorships, partnerships and commercial initiatives.
- Contribute ideas that support long-term business growth.
- Work closely with designers, developers and creative

- Confidence using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,029.11 - ₹32,537.45 per month
