Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Operations team as Branch Operations Executives. The role involves branch operations management, premium collections, customer servicing, policy issuance support, and driving superior customer experience while ensuring adherence to operational guidelines and compliance standards

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Operations

- Handle walk-in customer queries and service requests.
- Deliver best-in-class customer experience and maintain high service standards.
- Support customer retention activities and service excellence initiatives.

Premium Collections & Cash Management
- Manage cash and cheque collections for policy premiums.
- Ensure timely lodgment, reconciliation, and reporting of collections.
- Handle bounced cheque management activities.
- Manage petty cash as per company SOPs and compliance requirements.

Policy Issuance Support
- Coordinate with sales teams and distribution channels for timely policy issuance.
- Ensure smooth processing and documentation support for recent busines

Sales Support
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities from walk-in customers.




- Support business generation through customer engagement initiatives.
- Convert service interactions into business opportunities.

Compliance & Risk Management
- Adhere to operational processes and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in risk mitigation and business continuity initiatives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities for operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

Any Graduate

Experience

2 to 5 years of experience in:
- Insurance Operations

- Branch Operations
