Minimum 4-5 years Experience in NBFC/Gold Loan as Branch Manager/ Assistant Manger Position

Qualification - Any Degree

Job Responsibilities

· Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets for Gold Loans, Microfinance, and Business Loans.

· Build and manage a high-performing team of loan officers, providing coaching and mentorship.

· Conduct credit appraisals and ensure adherence to all lending policies and procedures.

· Oversee daily branch operations, including cash flow management and regulatory compliance.

· Develop and maintain solid relationships with local businesses and community leaders.

· Visit Pending customers and resolve the repayment effectively

· Responsible for all loan portfolio Including collection and repayments .

Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
