Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Una, responsible for leading and overseeing branch operations within Om Logistics Supply Chain Pvt. Ltd. Day-to-day activities include managing staff, supervising logistics and warehouse processes, and ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods. The role involves monitoring branch performance, managing budgets, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing company policies and procedures.

Manager will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, handle escalations,



and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This position also requires preparing operational reports, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Solid leadership, team management, and people development abilities, with experience supervising operational staff.
- Proficiency in logistics, supply chain management, and warehouse operations, including routing, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Solid business, financial, and analytical skills to manage branch budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive cost-effective operations.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills to handle clients and resolve issues professionally.
- Ability to use MS Office and basic business software for reporting, documentation, and operational planning.
- Proven experience in a logistics, transportation, or supply chain leadership role, preferably as a Branch Manager or similar position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in logistics or operations are an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to safety, compliance, and service quality.
