BRANCH MANAGER- Branch Banking

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring effective use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Oversee sales teams to achieve targets, provide guidance on product knowledge, and resolve customer complaints.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance market share.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures while maintaining a high level of integrity.
- Foster strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-12 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking or related field (preferably from BFSI industry).
- Strong background in Branch Handling, Team Handling, Heading Branch, Branch Banking, Retail Liabilities & Assets.
- Proven track record of achieving business objectives through effective leadership and strategy implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS / QUALITIES:

MBA / CA/ CAIIB

Should have sales orientation

Leadership skills. (Though more tactical than strategic).
