Key Skills:

- 8 - 12 years of overall experience, including 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
- Minimum 3 years of Team Handling experience
- Proven experience in delivering transformation, process improvement, automation, or strategic initiatives.
- Exposure to Operations, BPS/BPO, Shared Services, Managed Services, or Digital Transformation environments is desirable.
- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage projects end-to-end from initiation through closure, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Develop, maintain, and track project plans, milestones, RAID logs, action trackers, and project dashboards.




- Drive business transformation, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
- Coordinate with Business, Operations, Technology, and third-party stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project governance, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Prepare executive status reports, project updates, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
- Support change management and perks realization activities.
- Monitor project scope, timelines, quality, and budget to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate project governance meetings and track key decisions and action items.
- Identify potential project risks and dependencies and drive timely mitigation and resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
