Palvex Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring BPO Executives (Voice & Non-Voice) for our office in Visakhapatnam.

As a BPO Executive, you will handle customer support, back-office operations, chat support, email support, data entry, and other process-related tasks based on project requirements. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, processing information accurately, maintaining records, resolving queries, and meeting quality and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle voice, non-voice, chat, or email support processes.
- Perform data entry and back-office operations with accuracy.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain process documentation and update records.




- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Follow company policies and client process guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

- Any Graduate or Intermediate.
- Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- MS Office knowledge is an advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
