Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Boiler Operator to join our team in Ahmedabad The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and ensuring the efficient functioning of boilers and related equipment to support our manufacturing processes

This role is critical to maintaining the smooth operation of our production facilities and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor boiler systems to ensure optimal performance and safety

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on boilers and auxiliary equipment

Monitor and adjust boiler controls, fuel levels, and water treatment systems

Maintain accurate logs of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and safety checks

Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies

Coordinate with other departments to support production schedules and energy efficiency goals

Conduct regular testing of boiler water quality and make necessary adjustments

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

Hard Skills:

Proficiency in operating and maintaining high-pressure boilers and related equipment

Knowledge of boiler systems, controls, and safety protocols

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics





Basic understanding of water treatment processes and chemical handling

Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Commitment to safety and adherence to protocols

Time management and organizational skills

Education/Certifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in boiler operation or a related field is preferred

Valid Boiler Operator License/Certification (as required by local regulations)

Additional certifications in safety or maintenance are a plus

Preferred Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Boiler Operator in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Experience in the skincare, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry is a plus

Familiarity with energy-productive practices and sustainability initiatives
