About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in E-commerce, D2C, marketplaces, or agencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounting entries, ledger maintenance and bank reconciliations.
- Handle Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and other marketplace reconciliations, including sales, settlements, commissions, returns, refunds and deductions.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable and vendor/customer ledgers.
- Handle GST, TDS/TCS and other statutory accounting requirements in coordination with the CA.
- Reconcile payment gateways, marketplace settlements and bank transactions.
- Track invoices, expenses, purchase entries and sales transactions.
- Assist with monthly closing, MIS reports and preparation of financial statements.
- Identify discrepancies in marketplace settlements and coordinate for timely resolution.




- Maintain proper documentation and ensure books are updated and accurate.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping.
- Prior experience in E-commerce, D2C, marketplaces, FMCG, agencies or similar businesses.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, TCS, invoices and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Experience working with a CA/finance team for monthly and statutory requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from E-commerce companies, D2C brands, marketplaces, agencies, Amazon, Flipkart or Myntra ecosystem will be preferred.
- Should be reliable, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of accounting operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
