A Grade – Blue Yonder Associate Consultant Role Summary

Responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of Blue Yonder supply chain solutions under the guidance of senior consultants. Focuses on learning business processes, solution functionality, and integration fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.

Support configuration and testing of Blue Yonder applications.

Participate in data validation, migration, and system testing activities.

Assist in resolving application issues and support tickets.

Create user guides, test cases, and project documentation.

Support integration testing with ERP and third-party systems.

Participate in client meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Provide post-deployment support and issue tracking.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts.

Knowledge of Blue Yonder, JDA, SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise applications is preferred.

Understanding of SQL, XML, JSON, and APIs.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Role Summary

Responsible for configuring and implementing Blue Yonder solutions, supporting integrations, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver supply chain transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into solution designs.

Configure Blue Yonder applications including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, WMS, TMS, or Fulfillment.

Support integrations between Blue Yonder and ERP systems.

Execute unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.

Conduct client workshops, training, and solution demonstrations.





Troubleshoot functional and technical issues during implementation.

Develop project documentation, deployment plans, and knowledge articles.

Support post-go-live stabilization activities.

Required Skills

Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.

Experience with Blue Yonder or similar supply chain platforms.

Knowledge of: REST/SOAP APIs

Design end-to-end Blue Yonder supply chain solutions.

Lead integration architecture involving SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and middleware platforms.

Manage data migration, system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

Conduct client workshops, design sessions, and executive presentations.

Mentor junior consultants and review deliverables.

Identify project risks and provide mitigation strategies.

Drive process optimization and supply chain transformation initiatives.

Support business development activities including effort estimation and solution proposals.
