Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop BIW (Body-in-White) fixtures for automotive body shop applications.

- Create detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and assembly layouts using CATIA V5.

- Design fixtures, gauges, locating systems, clamping systems, and checking fixtures.

- Develop welding and assembly fixtures based on customer requirements and process specifications.

- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and product specifications.

- Perform fixture concept development, detailing, and design modifications.

- Coordinate with manufacturing, production, and engineering teams for design feasibility.

- Ensure fixture designs meet quality, safety, functionality, and manufacturability requirements.

- Review designs and incorporate customer feedback and engineering changes.

- Support troubleshooting and resolution of fixture-related design issues.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
