- Develop and maintain accurate BIM models based on design and engineering drawings.
- Create detailed 3D models using BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
- Coordinate models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Identify and resolve design clashes and modeling issues.
- Prepare drawings, schedules, and documentation as required.
- Ensure models comply with project standards and BIM requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with engineers, designers, and project teams.
Requirements
Degree in , Architecture, MEP
Strong knowledge of BIM modeling and coordination.
Proficiency in relevant BIM software.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous BIM/project experience will be an advantage.
