Role Description The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating, updating, and managing 3D BIM models and construction documentation for architectural, structural, and MEP projects. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting project specifications and drawings, coordinating model information across disciplines, and ensuring that models meet project standards and quality requirements. The role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve design clashes, support design development, and prepare accurate construction drawings and details.

The BIM Modeler will also assist in maintaining project documentation,



implementing BIM standards and workflows, and supporting continuous improvement of modeling processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Radhapuram.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience working as a BIM Modeler on multidisciplinary projects.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Architecture and the ability to translate design intent into precise 3D models and construction documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) modeling, including coordination of services within BIM environments.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
- Proficiency in industry-standard BIM and CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow standards, and commitment to quality-driven work are essential.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an on-site environment are important.
- Experience with clash detection, model coordination, and BIM execution plans will be considered an advantage.
