Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler, located in Madurai. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating detailed Building Information Models, collaborating with architects and engineers, and developing accurate construction drawings.
The role requires close coordination with project teams to ensure adherence to design standards and client requirements, as well as ensuring the quality and accuracy of deliverables.
Qualifications
- Solid expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and techniques
- Background in Architecture and proficiency in Modeler-related tasks
- Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems integration
- Proficiency in producing detailed and efficient construction drawings
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
- Degree or diploma in architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred
