Role Description The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating, updating, and managing Building Information Models for architectural and MEP components across various projects

. This full-time, on-site role is based in Pune District and involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure models reflect design intent and construction requirements. Day-to-day tasks include developing detailed 3D models, coordinating interdisciplinary information, and generating accurate construction drawings and documentation .

The BIM Modeler will review and resolve model conflicts, maintain model standards and naming conventions, and support the preparation of drawings for approvals and site execution.

The role also includes participating in coordination meetings,



implementing feedback from design and site teams, and ensuring that project timelines and quality benchmarks are met.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and experience working as a Modeler on construction or infrastructure projects.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Architecture and the ability to interpret and translate design concepts into detailed models.
- Candidates should possess skills in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) modelling, including coordination of services within architectural and structural layouts.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing and managing Construction Drawings and related documentation, Clash detection, Quantity take-out derived from BIM models.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience with industry-standard BIM and CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks or similar) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow project standards, and commitment to quality and accuracy are essential.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in an in office setting are key.
- Prior experience on projects in Health Care region or similar contexts is an advantage.
