BIM MEP Designer – Mechanical

We’re hiring a BIM MEP Designer to catch design issues in the model—not on site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop HVAC models in Revit MEP up to LOD 350.
- Work on AHU/FCU/VRF layouts, duct routing, sizing, diffusers and grilles.
- Perform Navisworks clash detection and coordinate with Architecture, Electrical and PHE.
- Prepare coordinated sections, shop drawings and BOQ-linked schedules.
- Work with Dynamo, parametric families and MEP simulation tools.
- Participate in design reviews and coordinate with MEP consultants.

Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Revit MEP and Navisworks.
- Knowledge of ASHRAE, ISHRAE and NBC 2016 Part 8.
- Strong understanding of HVAC design, load calculations and psychrometrics.
- Ability to review and coordinate MEP consultant designs.

Positive to Have:

- Corporate office/GCC fit-out experience.
- Knowledge of Dynamo, Power BI or MEP simulation tools.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
