Job Title: BIM Coordinator – Project Delivery

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-driven and proactive BIM Coordinator to join our team and drive digital coordination excellence for complex project delivery. In this role, you will serve as the primary BIM focal point, bridging the gap between multidisciplinary production teams, consultants, site execution, and project management to ensure models and information are developed accurately and efficiently in line with the project program.

Key Responsibilities

- Model Management & Standards: Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models in strict accordance with the BEP, EIR, LOD/LOI requirements, and project standards.
- QA/QC & Clash Detection: Conduct rigorous model quality control, clash detection, and coordination, actively tracking issues through to complete resolution.
- Shop Drawings & LOD400: Coordinate LOD400 models and shop drawings to ensure absolute consistency between virtual models, 2D deliverables, and site requirements.
- Deliverable Tracking: Oversee BIM deliverable trackers, TIDP, model/drawing submissions, review comments, and coordination issues.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the day-to-day BIM point of contact for production teams, site personnel, consultants, and project management.
- Progress Tracking & Site Integration: Update BIM models weekly to reflect verified site status and construction progress, including completed, ongoing, and pending works.
- Program Monitoring: Monitor BIM progress against the master project program to identify missing information, design changes, delays, and potential abortive works early.




- Reporting & Escalation: Prepare regular BIM progress updates and proactively escalate technical or program bottlenecks to the BIM Manager and Project Manager.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Proven qualified experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a similar project delivery role within architecture, engineering, or construction.
- Software Mastery: Strong technical proficiency in BIM authoring and coordination software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud).
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of BIM standards, BEP, EIR, and LOD/LOI frameworks, alongside hands-on experience with clash detection and LOD400 shop drawing production.
- Communication & Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage complex deliverable trackers and bridge technical and operational teams effectively.
- Location Requirement: Must be currently living in India.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience working in an architectural firm or engineering consultancy with a dedicated BIM workflow.
- Bonus Points: Experience with visual scripting (Dynamo) is a significant advantage.
- Remote Work Readiness: Strong self-management skills, a reliable high-speed internet connection, and excellent written and verbal communication skills to thrive in a distributed team environment.
