We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior BIM Engineer / Senior BIM Architect to join our BIM team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in BIM coordination, Revit-based modeling, and construction documentation for US-based projects. This role requires leadership capabilities, project coordination skills, and the ability to independently manage project deliverables while guiding junior team members.

The candidate should have a solid understanding of BIM workflows, architectural detailing, and US building standards, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

What You'll Do:

- Coordinate with BIM Modelers, Architects, Engineers, and project teams to ensure smooth and accurate model delivery.
- Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination across Architectural, Structural, and MEP models using Navisworks.
- Review models for quality, accuracy, completeness, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with modeling teams to resolve clashes and implement client requirements.
- Understand and apply US Building Codes such as IBC, IRC, IECC, and applicable NFPA standards, along with project-specific requirements, to ensure accurate and compliant deliverables.
- Act as a bridge between clients and the internal modeling team, communicating client requirements, feedback, design decisions, and project expectations effectively.
- Document client takeaways, meeting discussions, key decisions,



and project notes.
- Prepare project reports, clash reports, coordination updates, and project records for client presentation.
- Upload, organize, and manage BIM models on cloud platforms/CDEs such as BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revizto, or similar platforms.
- Maintain proper model versioning, issue tracking, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with BEP, LOD requirements, naming standards, and project-specific BIM standards.

What We're Looking For:

- 5+ years of experience in BIM Coordination.
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture, along with relevant Architecture Coordination experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.
- Strong understanding of Architectural, Structural, and MEP coordination.
- Hands-on experience in clash detection, model coordination, and clash resolution.
- Mandatory knowledge of US Building Codes, including familiarity with IBC, IRC, IECC, and applicable NFPA standards, to understand and interpret client/project requirements.
- Solid communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with clients and BIM modeling/production teams.
- Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud / Revizto or similar platforms.
- US project experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of BEP, LOD, and BIM standards.
