Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Billing and Planning Engineer role based in Pachpadra. The Billing and Planning Engineer will prepare and verify project bills, track work progress against contracts, and ensure accurate documentation for client invoicing and internal reporting.

The role includes preparing and updating project schedules, coordinating with site, procurement, and finance teams, and monitoring resource utilization to support timely project delivery. The engineer will assist in project cost control, analyze variances between planned and actual execution,



and support corrective actions to keep projects within budget and timelines. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining records in relevant software tools, preparing periodic progress reports, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and transparency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Planning and Production Planning skills, including experience in creating and updating project schedules and resource plans.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Project Control capabilities to monitor progress, analyze deviations, and support cost and time optimization.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients, and to prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects, preferably in billing, planning, or project control functions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project planning tools (such as MS Project or Primavera) and familiarity with ERP or billing software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field) or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a quick-paced site environment, and commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
