Responsibilities include preparing and submitting documentation, coordinating with teams, managing CRM activities, conducting pre-qualification assessments, and participating in negotiations. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure timely and accurate submissions while maintaining robust client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end tender submission process, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted accurately and on time.
- Review tender requirements and documentation to understand the scope of work, technical specifications, and evaluation criteria.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, legal, and operations, to gather the required information for bid preparation. Conduct pre-qualification assessments to determine the company's eligibility for participating in specific tenders.




- Prepare technical specifications and develop comprehensive proposals that address the client's requirements.
- Handle customer relationship management (CRM) activities, maintaining accurate records of interactions and correspondence related to the tender process.
- Participate in post-tender processes, such as negotiations and contract finalization, if the tender is awarded to our company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes related to tendering and procurement.
- Prepare and submit tender proposals within designated timelines, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to client requirements.
- Maintain a proactive follow-up process to maximize conversion rates and address client queries or concerns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes in tendering regulations to ensure a competitive advantage.
- Track and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
