About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated BI Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in Power BI development and Azure Data & AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building interactive dashboards, data modeling,

report optimization, and working with Azure-based data platforms. Experience in the

BFSI domain is essential, with a strong understanding of financial reporting,

business intelligence, and data visualization.

Key Responsibilities

 Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.

 Create and manage Power BI Semantic Models for enterprise reporting.

 Develop efficient DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs.

 Perform data transformation using Power Query (M Language).

 Build optimized data models following best practices.

 Improve report performance through optimization techniques.

 Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) for secure data access.

 Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.

 Integrate Power BI solutions with Azure Data & AI services.

 Support migration of legacy BI solutions, including SAP Business

Objects and SSAS/MSAS to Power BI.

 Work with data engineering teams to consume data from Azure-based data platforms.

 Ensure reporting solutions follow governance, security, and compliance standards within the BFSI domain.

Preferred Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,

or a related field.

 Microsoft Azure or Power BI certifications are preferred.

 Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
