Team Lead o Manager on Paper for 2 years mandatory:

We have 3 open position and are looking for a contractor with 6 to 8 years of experience in a Benets and Leave Admin Analyst capacity.

This role is centered around managing the full cycle of employee benets and leave programs on a global scale, while ensuring a positive experience for employees. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, resolving them within dened SLAs through 's internal platforms, and will work closely with teams across corporate, regional, and local levels. Core duties include staying up to date with regulatory updates, evaluating existing processes, driving improvements, and maintaining compliance with relevant benets and leave policies.

The candidate must be adept at fostering solid partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver sustainable solutions, along with managing data reporting and reconciliation with a high degree of accuracy.



Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree, bring 6 to 8

years of relevant experience, demonstrate excellent communication and customer service abilities, and possess advanced Excel skills for data analysis and trend evaluation.
