Role Description The Benefits Analyst is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for administering employee benefits programs, including health, welfare, and leave policies, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations such as COBRA and the U.S.

Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) for applicable employee populations. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing advantages data, preparing reports, supporting benefits enrollment and changes, responding to employee inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

Analyst will also assist in evaluating plan performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and recommending improvements to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. Collaboration, clear documentation, and consistent communication are essential to success in this position.

Qualifications

- Benefits Administration skills, including experience managing health, welfare, and leave programs
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting benefits data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making
- Knowledge of COBRA and U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) regulations and compliance requirements
- Effective Communication skills for working with employees, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Experience with HRIS or benefits administration platforms and proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools
- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Prior experience in benefits analysis or HR operations; exposure to global or remote-first organizations is an advantage
