Role Description The Bench Sales Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves managing and marketing bench consultants, identifying suitable job opportunities, and building solid relationships with clients and vendors.

The Bench Sales

Recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, negotiating terms, and coordinating interviews to ensure timely placements. Daily tasks include maintaining an updated pipeline of consultants, tracking market trends, preparing skilled submissions, and following up with stakeholders to close positions effectively.



The role requires collaborative work with account managers and internal teams to align recruitment efforts with business goals and deliver consistent, high-quality staffing support.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Recruitment skills, with experience marketing bench consultants and closing positions.
- Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills, including sourcing, screening, negotiating, and onboarding.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination and negotiation.
- Relevant experience in IT staffing or consulting, particularly in the US or international markets, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requirements, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
